All our pizzas are homemade and hand stretched to order, the dough is made daily on the premises and the pizza sauce is blended in house.
Our pizza sauce is prepared daily from San Marzan plum tomatoes, blended with freshly picked basil, a little seasoning and that’s it. The flavours speak for themselves, simple yet classic.
We use only 100% shredded mozzarella to top our pizzas, rich and creamy giving the flavour you expect, brought to us by one of our Italian food suppliers. Along with our fresh boccuncini mozzarella, our fresh Parmesan, tangy blue cheese, Monterrey Jack on our burgers, buffalo mozzarella for our carrozza, fresh haloumi for our fries and our indulgent mascarpone we can safely say we got cheeses covered.
Here at pizza 22 our chefs prepare our beautiful dough every day, made with caputo pizza flour, fresh yeast and olive oil to give that light golden crust we know you love.
We pride ourselves on giving the best quality, we only use fresh chicken breast cooked in house, fresh minced beef for our lasagna and burgers and bolognese, aged rib eye steak cooked on the grill for our stunning rib eye pizza. Our cured meats are top notch too with grade A Parma ham, selected imported salamis, pepperoni, sliced Spanish chorizo and Ndjua sausage with its chilli kick.
Sourced from our local supplier we buy daily to bring the freshest ingredients to our pizzas, so from red onions to red peppers, spring onions to pineapple it’s all absolutely fresh as can be. Our range of olives, oils and seasonings is all the best we can buy because we totally believe quality matters over anything else and we believe you will taste that in every bite.
